Role

Responsibilities

• Be the lead for ICMPD implementation within the Prague Service Delivery Centre and in global

Assistance Centres.

• Be the lead for the transition of the EUAA program to the Prague Service Delivery Centre

• Coordinate service delivery for ICMPD and EUAA contracts.

• Execute assigned Projects on time, within planned cost and to forecast.

• Act as a single point of project management contact for internal and external stakeholders on

assigned projects.

• Development of project proposals, and detailed project plans and schedules to monitor and track

progress

• Interface with providers, subcontractors, technical teams, and customers to align project

specifications and requirements to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple

projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders

and ensuring technical and operational feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

 Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

 Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

 Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

 Report project status both internally and externally

 Ensure strict adherence to International SOS integrity, quality standards and safety procedures at

all times

 Perform other related duties as assigne

 To undertake any other duties as required by the Manager.
