Role

Responsibilities
  • Be part of the team that is in charge of implementing projects to correlate field (warranty) data and internal KPIs measured at the factory in order to anticipate product issues and field behavior;
  • Manage the Digital quality program - Follow and support projects development, roadmap reviews and report progress;
  • Support the creation and validation of projects business cases, helping the team on the projects prioritization and approval;
  • Engage in discussions with the quality business intelligence team to help on the prioritization of internal resources;
  • Support data analysis, proposing best practices and strategies to data management.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
