About Coloc Housing
Coloc Housing operates currently as a startup. This means that job descriptions tend be fluid and will therefore fluctuate in time.
One day you might organise visits with potential candidates, meet with investor clients to discuss a new project, while the next day working on social media and the website. We will be there along the way, to help you and make sure you get the most out of your internship.

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
During your internship you will follow up on the needs of the roomies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping the roomies find candidates;
- Coordinating the inspections of the properties;
- Being the contact person for the roomies;
- Property Management;
- Replying to tickets in the Help Center;
- Organising community events across all houses.
