GROUP was founded 27 years ago, initially out of the need to bring technology to the shopping center industry. Soon after, combined with the opportunities that the founders identified in the property management sector in the country, the Group grew remarkably, also expanding into other segments and quickly becoming the leader in this sector in Brazil.
Today, they operate in 15 countries and over 250 cities across all 27 Brazilian states. Our offices are headquartered in Belo Horizonte (main office), with additional locations in São Paulo, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Barueri, and New York.

Role
Responsibilities
The employees will undergo comprehensive training.
They will go through the Customer Success department to gain an understanding of the product and customers. Finally, they will work in the Market area (Commercial and Marketing).
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Business Planning with market research in target countries to understand market size, product pricing, and defining the area of operation.
- Assisting in defining commercial strategies.
- Prospecting partners and potential clients.
- Presenting the product (software), negotiating.
Required RQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
