Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

Guarantee customer satisfaction

Coordinate and execute personalized onboarding plans for new clients.

Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure customers understand how to use the tools and services provided.

Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.

Respond to questions and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

Work with teams to ensure a smooth customer transition from contract signing to product utilization.

Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and suggestions to continually improve the onboarding process and user experience.

Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process
