You need to be the either one of the following status to apply this internship position: • Bachelor Student • Bachelor Graduate (For no longer than 3 months) • Master Student • Master Graduate (For no longer than 3 months)


About the job and it’s activities


Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Take responsibility for the support of various employee engagement activities, such as our Long Service Award process, DHL Freight Star Awards and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging campaigns.
  • Contribute to the visibility of the Certified program, and support of campaigns for our community and program participants
  • Support the implementation of Certified sessions at the Global Head Office with planning, alignment with Facilitators, and invitation management
  • Communicate with HR managers and Certified Champions from all DHL Freight countries to gather various needed information
  • Conduct research on various HR topics for instance DEIB, Employee Engagement 
  • Support ad hoc events and activities, both for employee engagement and Certified program

    Eligible candidates: One needs to be a bachelor graduate not more than 2 months before the application deadline; or needs to remain either Bachelor's or Master's student status throughout the internship period. Bachelor and Master's graduates more than 2 months are not allowed to apply.
