Role
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing information about the school’s programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and admissions requirements.
- Coordinate admissions interviews with prospective students and their parents/guardians to assess their suitability and fit for the boarding school.
- Review and evaluate applications, including academic records, recommendation letters, and personal statements, to determine the potential of prospective students.
- Collaborate with the Outreach team to organize and execute admissions events/outreach, such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
- Assist prospective students and their families in completing the application process, including collecting necessary documents and guiding them through the online application portal.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families, highlighting the facilities, living accommodations, and other amenities of the boarding school.
- Liaise with the academic and extracurricular departments to provide comprehensive information to prospective students and their families regarding the schools offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, interviews, and admissions decisions in the admissions database.
- Provide follow-up communication to applicants regarding the status of their applications and any additional information or documents required.
- Collaborate with the enrollment team to coordinate and facilitate the enrollment process once applicants have been accepted.
