- Basic knowledge in Structural physics (stress, fatigue, manufacturing processes, plastic injection, metal forming), Thermal solutions, Gas Combustion, critical thinking, problem solving, Six Sigma
- Basic knowledge in Project Management : Product Requirements and schedule
- Communication : good articulation and communication with other cultures and to discuss considering different perspectives and points of view.
- Initiative, motivation,

- Business travels for interns are restricted but it can happen.
- Make technical specification of structural, thermal and gas components for cooktops, ovens and freestandings,
- Follow-up time and action plan.
- Identify cost & quality opportunities within project scope.
- Manage the list of Subsystem components.
- Problem solving and components optimization through simulation and experiments.
- Support implementation of projects
- Communication & collaboration with engineers in other sites/countries
