Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Pre-screening Membership Applications: Reviewing and processing incoming membership applications, verifying eligibility criteria, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Maintaining Membership Records: Organizing and updating membership databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of member information.
- Assisting with Membership Renewals: Supporting the membership team in processing membership renewals, sending out reminders, discussing payments and ensuring members are up-to-date with their subscriptions.
- Preparing Membership Reports: Compiling data and generating reports related to membership statistics, including membership growth, retention rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments, such as finance or marketing, to ensure smooth coordination of membership-related activities and initiatives.
- Start dates are as soon as possible, duration is also relatively flexible
