Role
Helping end-users by resolving their IT issues and queries
- Providing support through email, chat, or phone
- Supporting our customers in English and German.
What should you bring to the team?
- Professional level of English and German both in written and verbal
- Dont Worry! IT experience is not required for the position, we will teach you
everything, but IT interest of course is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Be brave to find creative solutions to problems
- Commitment to complete the full period of the 6-8-10-month long program
- Availability to work min. 30 hours/week
- Ready to work in out of office hours (outside of the business hours (8 am 17 pm)
and sometimes on the weekends)
