Responsibilities
- Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing the right candidates for the open and critical positions.
- Screening candidates as per TCS eligibility criteria and assisting with the candidate registration process at the TCS careers page.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Hiring managers.
- Source potential Source potential candidates from databases, internal/social media platforms, and employee referral programs.
- Advertise job openings on the TCS careers page, social media, job boards.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Provide periodic sourcing reports to respective stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are fulfilled.
- Engage with vendor partners as per hiring guidelines to fulfill requirements.
- Collect, Analyze, and Interpret data from trackers, market intels, requirement trends, policies, candidate feedback to provide insights and recommendations to improve process and strategies.
- Timely updating of tracker
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are fulfilled.
- Engage with vendor partners as per hiring guidelines to fulfill requirements.
- Work closely with team members to contribute ideas, share feedback and to ensure geography/team alignment and deliverables align to project and company objects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for innovation within the industry.
- Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role and industry.
