Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Communication Support: Assist in crafting and disseminating project-related communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across various platforms. Monitor feedback channels and provide support in addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Data Analytics Support: Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key metrics and trends. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and optimization based on data analysis
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders at various levels across the EMEA region. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns proactively. Serve as a liaison between the project team and external partners, fostering productive partnerships.
  • Meeting Coordination: Support the coordination of project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for meetings, circulating relevant materials and follow-up actions as necessary. Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to attendees in a timely manner.
