Responsibilities
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about employee engagement and are eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic project management within a global organization.
This role is pivotal in developing and launching Group-wide Employee Resource Groups - internally known as Alliances@DHL Group - (ERGs), integral to our strategy of creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our employees. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated talent to join our team.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to develop and maintain the ‘LATEST & GREATEST’ workstream, focusing on innovative employee engagement strategies
- Utilize internal communication channels effectively to market initiatives and keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Conduct market research and internal interviews to identify and leverage employee engagement opportunities.
- Translate creative ideas and valuable content into practical, operationally feasible activities.
- Contribute to the creation of best practice case studies and documentation to support ongoing and future initiatives.
- Support with all activities that arise before, during and after the organisation of internal DEIB Awareness Days (e.g. ‘Generations Day’, ‘Pride Month’, ‘International Day of Persons with Disabilities’ - to increase employee engagement.
- Support the pilot team (and ERG-Leads) in any other daily task requested.
