Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Pan European Meetings with physicians: It is important to improve current processes with a new way of working to be efficient in organizing the meeting and project manage it.
- European/International congresses: It is important to improve current processes with a new way of working to be efficient in organizing them cross-functional and project manage it.
- Commercial advisory board: It is the first of such an important meeting and an opportunity to set it up virtually coordinate the project.
- Commercial activities: to fully support the commercial team.
- Filing and storage of all digital assets, including materials, documentation and contracts; teams file gate keeper; a new system is needed to manage it.
- Budget management and tracking including invoice tracking
- Organization of meeting e.g., ISP for facilities, equipment, location, presentation and food.
- Management of country calendar for visibility to plan regional activities not clashing with local congresses or cycle meetings.
- Source clear project management.
