Key accountability areas are:

Project Governance

1. Support maintenance of strategic alignment of countries with Tactical Plan, through facilitation of consistent engagement and messaging to country stakeholders.
2. Engagement and coordination of EU commissioned Commercial vendor ensuring delivery of agreed actions.
3. Ensure milestones and timelines as achieved.
4. Budget planning and tracking ensuring relevant overview is maintained with relevant EU Financepartner.
5. Support team in executing projects by obtaining offers, creating vendors, POs (Guided Buying), invoice handling and SOP/audit conformed storage of all relevant data.
6. Build and maintain strong network with assistants/project coordinators at global, EU and local level.

Country Engagement

1. Prepare for planned country implementation meetings confirm attendees, send agenda, collate materials.
2. Build and maintain strong network with country asset leads.
3. Ensure close connection to procurement and act as EU point of contact for countries.

Content Creation

1. Facilitate and contribute to European and Country ideation and co-creation, for material iteration.
2. Support the E2E clearance process. Initiate and coordinate approval process with Source Clear. Work with vendors to produce new materials where agreed and co-created with countries. Ensure periodic renewals of approvals.
3. Build and maintain a strong network with Clearance Stakeholders at EU and local level.
4. Ensure an overview of all approved materials in all different countries.

Digital Solutions

1. Support the development of Omnichannel activities with UCB Insights team and vendor
2. Establish strong connection with EU Omnichannel Strategy Lead ensuring joined up approach to digital connection channels to both patients and HCPs, identifying potential efficiencies in approach.
3. Align the EU Marketing strategy to Patient Care Solutions plans with to anchor the patient experience at the centre of EU commercial operational plans.
