Role

Responsibilities

The course content and delivery methodology is derived in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz India Pvt.Ltd. to suit the needs of the luxury segment automobiles. During the course the candidates will be able to access the Workshop Information System (WIS) - Online Technical Knowledge Portal of Mercedes- Benz for excellent comprehension of latest technology and related processes . The course consists of the following modules:

1. Mechanical Module: Practical hands on Exprience on latest MB engine and transmissions assembly and disassembly , chassis systems, suspensions , steering and various braking systems, introduction to Pre- Delivery Inspection (PDI), Maintenance and servicing of Modern Vehicles etc.

2. Electronics Module: Basic Electronics, Sensors, Wiring Diagram - symbols and designation of electrical components, sockets and pins diagrams, Basics of CAN bus and its application in networking etc. hands on experience on latest Mercedes- Benz Car.

3. Advanced Automotive Systems: Vehicle Component Study , Different Vehicle Management System , Functions of Engine management , Emission control, management etc.
