Job Description (500 characters maximum)

The mandate of a Learning and Development (L&D Specialist is to identify training needs, design and

implement effective training programs, and evaluate their impact. Theyfoster aculture of continuous

learning and engagement, promoting professional growth and development. By aligning employee skills

and knowledge with organizational goals, they enhance overall workforce capabilityand commitment.

- Training needs assessment

- Design and Development of Training Programs

- Implementation of Training programs

- Facilitation (lead workshops and other training sessions)

- Employee development and career pathing

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
