Responsibilities

Culture Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote values alignment and reinforce organizational culture through various initiatives. Identify opportunities to recognize and celebrate employee achievements, fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Learning & Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs that address the needs of employees at all levels. Utilize adult learning principles and innovative methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of training sessions. Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations, and tailor programs accordingly.

Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies for increasing employee engagement and retention.

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. Support the recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, external recruiters, and hiring managers.
