Responsibilities

Role Description:

The CFC and FP&A Jr Analyst, will support on daily tasks of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis and closing process for the structural and functional costs (such as Global Talent - AIESEC Program personnel costs, consultants, buildings, IT cost). Additionally, will support on the new global planning tool implementation and internal/external audits.

Main activities:

1. CFC Control of Nutrition Business Unit for FRBNL Cluster Forecasting, Closing, and monthly variances analysis.

2.Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation and ageing analysis.

3.Ensure the different departments are regularly updated on performances.

4. P&F Tool support on transition from current system to new planning and forecasting system, additionally act as an advocate for the new planning process and help the team in the transition.

5. Internal/ External Audit Support: support CFC Lead and FP&A Manager on Audit requirements from Internal Audit in Belgium and Netherlands, External Audit of KPMG and Tax Audit in France.

Desirable profile:

  • Graduated or about to graduate.
  • Previous pactical experience preferred (a previous internship of 6months or Ideally an
  • AIESECer with some experience in finance.
  • Organised, Thirsty for learning. Driven.
  • A result oriented fast learner and problem solver.
  • A team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong excell skills.
