About the job and it’s activities


Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Performance Management / Talent

    • Support TALENT COE for all Talent/ Performance Management Process inquiries and activities including:
      • Providing data analysis and support to Human Resources contacts and Stakeholders 
      • Collecting Succession Planning and Individual Development data and providing customized extraction of information and reporting
      • Helping to design and/or developing (Training) Guides and Templates
      • Working in collaboration with the Talent team to produce standardized and ad hoc reports
      • Sharing of all material within Nexans SharePoint sites to facilitate ease of retention& use
      • Assisting in creating and maintaining Talent projects requirements including project plans, schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes,

Preparing Communication Plans, developing communication materials (intranet/ Yammer news/ poster..etc) for TALENT processes and projects
