About cMaximize
cMaximize is a marketing agency specialized in the tourism industry. We are a young and enthusiastic team, united by the vision of developing tourism in Romania. Starting from the premise that Romania deserves it, we aspire to play an important role in promoting our country, both nationally and internationally. We have in our portfolio over 200 accommodation units with which we have collaborated in the last 7 years, as well as tourism agencies and tourist destination projects. We offer services such as photo-video production, destination marketing, social media management, influencer marketing campaigns, media buying and channel management, web design, graphic design, and email marketing.
Role
Responsibilities
-Create and edit high-quality multimedia content, including promotional videos and visual materials that support project and business objectives.
- Assist in planning, shooting, and post-production of video content, ensuring alignment with the companys branding and messaging.
- Brainstorm campaigns.
- Create social media posts.
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Research industry innovations and tools.
- Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
- Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
