Thursday to Sunday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments, invoicing, and managing insurance claims, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards their concerns and needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
- Serve as a global ambassador for Seven Oaks Pet Hospital, embodying our values of excellence, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Cater to the diverse needs and cultural backgrounds of our international clientele, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
