Responsibilities
The main activity of the Internship as an International Sales and Logistics
Coordinator is to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal departments within the company. This involves:
- Client Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales
- Communication: Facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams, relaying client requirements, feedback, and concerns to relevant departments.
- Language Proficiency: Communicating with clients in their preferred language to enhance understanding and build strong relationships
- Market Research: Identifying new potential clients and market opportunities, conducting research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business expansion initiatives.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Collaborating with Indian and international colleagues from diverse backgrounds, fostering a culture of inclusion and leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovation and growth.
