Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline workflows.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective process solutions.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure that processes are running without issues and identify further enhancements.
- Support with reports that provide clear information about the KPIs that the MM team should achieve.
- Be close with the Materials Management Team Leaders to support the new processes that should be implemented.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Ensure that the Salesforce and Product Management are fully set up and trained to use the Van Stock Order Portal leading to a high utilization rate.
- Monitor Obsolescence and ensure reaching targets through diverse regional initiatives.
- Ensure that Salesforce is correctly set up to require products for demos with customers.
