Monday to Friday, - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

As part of the team, you support multiple departments within the organization. This includes supervising the team and coordinating the various Know Your Customer requests from external parties. Activities of the KYX desk focus amongst others on:

  • Coordinating the support for the various APG AM units, including Legal, Compliance, the Front Office and the Operational Due Diligence Teams.
  • Supervising the operational handling of external requests and reviewing some of them. These requests focus on information concerning the corporate documentation but may also concern specific subjects including AML, sanctions, MiFID, AIFMD and FATCA.
  • Ensuring an efficient and timely follow-up of requests/questionnaires (often in English) towards the external parties.
  • Contributing to the growth ambition of the KYC/KYX Desk to make it a central point of contact.
  • Collaborating with various colleagues to ensure the process is efficient and, where possible, optimize automation.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and signing off certain responses and follow-up requests.
  • Ability to oversee quality standards, identify risks and define suitable quality control measures.
  • Updating Stakeholders about developments of the team or changes in the process.
  • Reporting Management Information to the Stakeholders including those based in the Hong Kong and US office.
  • Focusing on team development and stimulate providing trainings to allow team members to further grow in their role.
  • Support in growing to the next level of the new KYX team and related activities and services.
