Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

Task and Objectives

• LA Update = Keep the reliability of the dates

• Missing LA analysis + Actions = Keep the LA posted to guarantee date reliability and avoid reception issue

• Keep the Air Sea TM Exception (OneMM)   update relating to shortage cases (OPM) = Keep the better visibility of the Air-Sea changes proposed

• Support on the report updates = Keep the visibility of the KPI to management team

• Master data sanity check (SS vs. Stocking  Policy, lead time outliers = Ensure the healthiness of the MRP data

• Support on escalation follow up = Ensure the visibility on business escalation

• Actions = Keep the reliability of the dates

• Support Master Data changes by One   Shuttle or SAP = Ensure the healthiness of the MRP data

• Support on reports for open CRs and   supplier follow up = Keep the reliability of the dates & customer visibility & cash management
