Role

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • Aid in recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Mediate conflicts and disputes among employees, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, assisting in the development and implementation of new policies as needed.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, supporting decision-making processes and strategic planning efforts.

Monday to Saturday

10:00 am - 6:00 pm
