Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
  1. Investigate, resolve, and identify discrepancies in payroll records and employee timesheets.
  2.  Answer questions from interns about stipend, attendance, timesheet, night shift allowance (NSA) and deductions. 
  3. Complete monthly payroll/final and full settlement (FFS) reports.
  4. Ensure intern's employ ID is created and terminated on time without error in the system according to the ACE Program policies.
  5. Ensure ACE Program compliance
