Since the ACE Program between TCS and AIESEC was established in 2004, +2500 global youth talents participated in ACE program in TCS offices. In 20 years of the program, many ACE interns continued their professional life in different TCS branches across the world.

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
  1. Supervise operational strategies and projects of the ACE Program globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Develop program expansion strategies by identifying and engaging with new stakeholders within the company, fostering relationships to support program growth.
  3. Revise and implement the global contract with AIESEC International, ensuring compliance and alignment with program requirements.
  4. Position the program's brand through active participation in conferences and digital campaigns, enhancing visibility and attracting potential candidates.
  5. Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient cooperation and collaboration, fostering a supportive and productive environment for program success.
  6. Work in synergy with the global team, Global HR, and Country Coordinators to ensure an engaging and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusivity within the program.
