Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As the Field Feedback Survey Lead, you are responsible for setting up surveys to collect insights from our field teams at critical moments along the lifecycle of an asset: launches, new indications, new marketing campaigns, etc. You create an overview of the upcoming events for the next 12 months, and pro-actively reach out to the local commercial and/or marketing leads to create buy-in on the collection of field feedback. You will closely collaborate with the insights leads from the respective therapy area to ensure alignment and consistency.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Map all upcoming launches and important marketing events for the next 12 months.
- Get commercial leads and marketeers on board for collecting field feedback.
- Create short surveys that are aligned to our brand strategy.
- Perform robust analysis on the raw data and create reliable, compelling and visually inspiring presentations.
- Present results and related recommendations back to the commercial/marketing teams.
- Follow-through in the generated impact from the delivered insights.
- Create aggregated reports within and beyond therapy areas
DESIRABLE PROFILE:
- Good analytical thinking and strong project management skills.
- Strong engagement skills and good communicator allowing to maintain constructive working relationships with all stakeholders involved.
- Accountability and leadership skills to feel comfortable with being given little direction/information (or having to find things out).
- Ability to prioritize and manage their time independently.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
- Good English writing skills to ensure survey reports are inspiring and compelling.
- Experience building Powerpoint presentations is a must.
- Project Management certification and/or Marketing Research experience is a plus.
