JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As the Field Feedback Survey Lead, you are responsible for setting up surveys to collect insights from our field teams at critical moments along the lifecycle of an asset: launches, new indications, new marketing campaigns, etc. You create an overview of the upcoming events for the next 12 months, and pro-actively reach out to the local commercial and/or marketing leads to create buy-in on the collection of field feedback. You will closely collaborate with the insights leads from the respective therapy area to ensure alignment and consistency.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

1. Map all upcoming launches and important marketing events for the next 12 months.
2. Get commercial leads and marketeers on board for collecting field feedback.
3. Create short surveys that are aligned to our brand strategy.
4. Perform robust analysis on the raw data and create reliable, compelling and visually inspiring presentations.
5. Present results and related recommendations back to the commercial/marketing teams.
6. Follow-through in the generated impact from the delivered insights.
7. Create aggregated reports within and beyond therapy areas

1. Good analytical thinking and strong project management skills.
2. Strong engagement skills and good communicator allowing to maintain constructive working relationships with all stakeholders involved.
3. Accountability and leadership skills to feel comfortable with being given little direction/information (or having to find things out).
4. Ability to prioritize and manage their time independently.
5. Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
6. Good English writing skills to ensure survey reports are inspiring and compelling.
7. Experience building Powerpoint presentations is a must.
8. Project Management certification and/or Marketing Research experience is a plus.
