About Turbomak Havacılık

Turbomak is a machining & NDT company specialized in components of engines powering aerospace but also energy and marine industry. Discs, seals, spools, housings, shafts, and other rotating and static parts. Inco718, Waspaloy, Titanium grades like Ti6-4 and Ti-6-2-4-6, Rene88, Rene65, stainless steel grades and aerospace steel grades can be processed by 20+ experience. Turning up to 1.5m, 3D inspection, ultrasonic inspection and macro etching, micrography and FPI are forming the services provided. Another field of activity of our company is the production of industrial rims. Any OTR rim for Forklift, Earthmover, Industrial & Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Duty Trailer, Crane, any other special projects. You can visit the website for detailed information.

Role

Responsibilities

1. Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.

2. Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

3. Develop and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.

4. Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

5.Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.

6. Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.

7. Design the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.

8. Train staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.

9.Manage process documentation and preparing production reports.

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
