Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage order portfolio: day-to-day monitoring: Back Order Lines monitoring, Shortage monitoring, situation analysis, highlighting urgensis.
  • Handle Escalations on a timely manner and provide with the best answer & resolutions to customers and suppliers.
  • Manage Complaints & prevent escalation (CRs), Exceptions, Data Issues, Transportation & Customs Queries.
  • Follow, Generate & release POs to suppliers.
  • To support FS Planners with supply chain information.
  • Coordinate the import deliveries with the Supply Chain Network (warehouses/plants/transport team).
  • Responsible for accurate logistics information.
  • Coordinate with planning for the inventory availability.
  • Optimization and development of the Replenishment processes.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
