Monday to Friday, - 4:00 pm - 1:00 am
Responsibilities
  • Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing the right candidates for the open and critical positions.
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are fulfilled.
  • Screening candidates as per TCS eligibility criteria and assisting with the candidate registration process at the TCS careers page.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Hiring managers.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
  • Source potential candidates from databases, internal/social media platforms, and employee referral programs.
  • Advertise job openings on the TCS careers page, social media, job boards.
  • Engage with vendor partners as per hiring guidelines to fulfill requirements.
  • Provide periodic sourcing reports to respective stakeholders.
