Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Actively monitoring our platform and the inflow of new customers and initiating files
- Drawing up procedures and mapping out the tasks to be performed so that your future team of administrative employees can carry them out meticulously
- Planning all the tasks to be carried out for all the files you manage
- Giving appropriate and legal advice on possible strategies in complex cases to the manager
- Think along to optimizations that strengthen our business model
- Think along with us about our organizational structure and in the long run manage, coach, plan and follow up your team efficiently
- To be the point of contact for our marketing and communication
