Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  1. The role will have the unique opportunity to design training journey, workshop, brainstorming session for Medical expert with the scope of explaining how GenAI can change their way of working and how to maximize the impact of this technology. 
  2. This role is a forward looking role and a unique opportunity for a candidate that has the ambition to drive the adoption of a new and game-changing technology.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  1. Define and design training portfolio, learning activities, workshop brainstorming on the use and adoption of GenAI.
  2. Prepare the support material for these training.
  3. Design training overview and roadmap to present to UCB leadership communities

DESIRABLE PROFILE:

  1. Good understanding of GenAI and willingness to learn how to use UCB's GenAI platform.
  2. Willingness to learn about clinical development and pharma in general.
  3. Being able to adapt to everchanging scenarios and to continuously learn!
  4. Being autonomous: communicate with the stakeholders and interact with IT experts.
  5. Being able to create impactful communications for both face to face meeting and virtual ones.
  6. Possesses curiosity, challenging the status quo wherever he goes. Finds joy in collaborating within open networked environments, thriving amidst uncertainty and ambiguity, and no challenge is too daunting to tackle.
