Role

The intern's success can be measured through guest satisfaction (evaluated via reviews and hotel scores) and assessments from team leaders and colleagues. Before the internship, the intern should prepare by studying provided materials, seeking clarification through questions, and, if available, attending workshops or online training sessions for comprehensive readiness.
Responsibilities

The Guest Relations Intern's responsibilities include activity planning, preparation, execution, evening entertainment participation, and guest relations within their designated role (e.g., kids, sports, fitness, or all-around entertainer). These tasks, tailored to the hotel's needs, ensure a memorable guest experience.

WHAT WE SEEK:

  • Open-minded, young & energetic members with various talents;
  • Ability to speak foreign languages (German, French, Polish) will be considered a plus. They are not mandatory though.
  • Modern communication skills, outgoing personalities
  • Possible experience regarding Entertainment, Sports, Animation and PR.
