Responsibilities

Main Activities 1.

.Managing end-to-end recruitment processes worldwide: program information, internship requests.

.Supporting onboarding processes: visa support, reception process assistance, and contractual matter

.Alignment about internship needs and recruitment process with managers and local HR departments in different hiring countries

.Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of AIESEC interns at Eaton.

.Design and execute efficient processes for contracting, development, and retention for each AIESEC intern

.Represent Eaton at the yearly GC Summit, and learn from best practices from other global partners.

.Promote and expand AIESEC partnership at Eaton

.Integrate AIESEC processed into the Early Talent internship vision and operational guidance

.Develop the Employer Branding Strategy and activities to grow the Eaton brand among the AIESEC community.

Main Activities 2.

.Oversee training operational processes, e.g., logistics of coordinating instructors, participants, facilities, and communication with the Eaton University operations team in Budapest/India

.Work with enterprise-wide classes and registration system (LMS) to set up and maintain programs and program offerings as required, enroll and update the status of program participants, etc. This includes posting instructor-led courses, adding offerings, assigning instructors, etc.

.Provide customer service by responding to our participant and employee requests. These inquiries include program scheduling, participation, and cancellation requests, online course inquiries, library and iERG-related questions.

.Provide support to talent development projects and programs.

.Track, analyze, and report on EU EMEA program operations. Monitor program evaluation results/trends by generating program reports as needed and when requested for program effectiveness and utilization.
