Responsibilities

1. Responsible that the Learning Management System (LMS) and other Learning experience systems (UCB RISE) are managed effectively across regions:

  • Manage our LMS by (creating, updating, archiving/deleting) Items, Assignment Profiles, Curricula and Learning Assignments within TalentShare Learning.
  • Create and maintain data, pathways, and users in UCB RISE.
  • Ensure publishing and qualification of online training material (TSL role).
  • Provide insights/report such as on compliance, usage, satisfactions, popularity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the data entry process and implement.
  • In the future being able to be toolagnostic and being able to play with different technologies that aresupporting Learning experience and compliance.

2. Contribute to the Management of Learning Team activities in some or all of the following:

  • Project manage key deliverables of the Learning team, including identification of tasks, subtasks, dependencies, resources and associated timelines and the associated monitoring.
  • Author and/or update technical documentation associated with the LMS (user guides/documentation, How To handouts, interpretation of LMS vendor release documentation, businessrequirements associated to releases, training content for the LMS, etc.).
  • Change Management and Communications associated with the LMS (or other technical systems) releases and/orimplementations.
  • Continuously Communicate and Share knowledge inside and outside the team (provide trainings to different stakeholders).

3. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Activities:

  • Management of the Career site, handling the requests in timely manner within GDPR/data privacy regulation.
  • Supporting Testing in recruitment systems used by UCB, specially between interfaces and in collaboration with the IT team, Tech and Process Lead and Vendors suppliers.
  • Update the internal Opportunity Marketplace training materials and monthly review visuals.
  • Updating User Guides as applicable and support communication of changes toward the Talent Acquisition team, in collaboration with the Tech and Process Lead.
  • Help to identify interesting enhancement topics for Recruiting and Onboarding, bring curiosity, and a fresh view to the ongoing challenges and ideas for future!
  • Project work supporting documentation and communication with stakeholders.

  • Good communication skills, willing to learn, comfortable to use systems and explore which functionalities are available. Good energy and positive thinking.
