Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Organize the receipt process of products arriving at Principal warehouses, including but not limited to:
  • Follow-up of transport, forwarding and customs formalities, including timely provision of import and/or export documentation
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details.
  • Quality Release Support:
  • Manage complaints & deviations impacting inbound operations and resolve issues blocking inbound processes to ensure no delay.
  • Collaborate with Quality & LSP on investigation and assessment of inbound complaints and deviations which impact the quality of product.
  • Master Data Management:
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and approval of the materials which will be shipped to DHL Nijmegen.
  • Maintain unit conversions (packaging levels) and sellable units in SAP and coordinate with LSP.
  • New Product Coordination with LSP.
  • Manage Inventory at Principal inventory locations:
  • Ensure full alignment between physical inventory and reported inventory.
  • Investigate inventory anomalies (shortages/exceed stock) and conduct root cause analysis to avoid their reoccurrence in the future.
  • Follow-up of all stock adjustment operations.
  • Seek permanent improvement of work methods and tools.
  • Drive problem solving and contribute to continuous improvement of the operational processes.
  • Participate in Cross-Functional teams as required (Product Launches, product transfers, packaging/label changes, or other Regulatory changes)
