Responsibilities
  • [Remote] Respond for the quality, reliability and performance of resources, services and information generated by the tasks under its responsibility;
  • [Remote] Perform configurations and/or customizations, of low to moderate complexity, on specific platforms as predefined in the project scope;
  • [Remote] Configure surveys and dashboards according to the specifications defined by the customer;
  • [Remote] Critically evaluate possible technical solutions to business challenges and implement the solutions in the application;
  • [Remote] Conduct tests to ensure quality and check if the configurations are in accordance with the project specifications (Quality Assurance);
  • [Remote] Participate in meetings with customers supporting them with relevant information for decisions related to the design, implementation and maintenance of the platform;
  • [Remote] Analyze data, identify improvement points in products and processes and propose solutions that add value to SMT;
  • [Remote] Establish long-lasting and trusting relationships with customers;
  • [Remote] Work with customer teams to resolve technical questions related to the system;
  • [Remote] Act as task leader in small scopes of work for contracts/projects of low to moderate complexity;
  • [Remote] Ensure that any obstacles/problems are addressed following defined guidelines and processes;
  • [Remote] Build the project's technical specification documentation, as well as keep it updated;
  • [Remote] Keep the immediate leadership always updated in relation to the activities carried out;
  • [Remote] Support the immediate superior in matters inherent to their area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities;
