Green Angels International School (GAIS) is locally and internationally recognized school for over 10 years of excellency. GAIS shows a rapid progression within a short-term period, it has four branches in Gampola, Gelioya, Katugasthota and Kandy. GAIS is nurturing a large number of children from pre-school to advanced level and higher education. GAIS is having work experiences with nationally and internationally reputed organizations and it has very friendly working environment and staff. We are embarking on a new venture - the opening a mini restaurant at our Kandy branch. This expansion aligns with our mission to offer a holistic and enriching experience to our students and the community. To bring this vision to life, we are actively seeking talented chefs who can take charge of all culinary responsibilities within the restaurant. Specially, we are interested in delivering Chinese, Thai, and cousins dishes to our customers. Monday to Wednesday, - 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Thursday, - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, - 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday, - 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Managing live cooking stations efficiently.
  • Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet company goals.
  • Menu planning and development
  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Supervising kitchen staff
  • Controlling costs and budgets
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Adapting to culinary trends
  • Interacting with customers and addressing feedback
  • Implementing hospitality management skills
  • Holding a valid Chef course for qualification
