About HagenSchule gAG
As the first Montessori school in the Hagen region, the HagenSchule has a simple goal: "Making children fit for life". The HagenSchule started in August 2012 and already had its first successful year 10 graduating class in July 2017.
Students at the HagenSchule learn according to the pedagogy of Maria Montessori. The speciality here is the prepared environment and learning with all the senses. In this prepared environment (VU), learners work independently on their knowledge from the various subject areas according to their level of development and are given a complex overview of the subject area covered.
Role
Responsibilities
- Project management - support the team
- Creating projects with impact for the organization - continuous improvement
- Evaluate projects and processes - recommand improvements
- Documentation of processes
- Bring international feeling to MWM - country representation
- Interact with students to promote intercultural understanding
AIESEC experience, interest in educational organizations and interest in Montessori pedagogy are required!

8:00 am - 4:00 pm
