Monitor and analyze the history of crises and bottlenecks in projects, anticipating harmful patterns; Define deliverables, models and standards for the project and develop a project schedule and keep it updated; Collect and consolidate project briefing and debriefing data and prepare reports; Create action plan proposals to solve bottlenecks and present them; Be the guardian of the project scope and ensure that all work is consistent with it; Take care of internal communication with other areas and create strategies to make it as fluid as possible; Manage project risk issues, scope, budgets and expectations.
