Role
- Learn and Run day-to-day Autodesk Moldflow analysis for the Laundry category;
- Learn and make virtual meshes following moldflow quality criteria;
- Prepare technical reports with the main results of the analysis, in addition to proposing design improvements to solve any mapped problems;
- Propose comparative studies of materials, part design factors and mass optimization;
- Participate in the OPEX Six Sigma training at the Fundamentals level and apply the concepts in the development of projects and daily activities;
- Support other partner or client areas, such as CAD team, platform, manufacturing and SBD analysts team located in India;
- Lead and develop 1 internship project using the integration between Moldflow & Virtual Reality software (Unreal).
Requirements:
- Technical skills in materials and/or manufacturing engineering
- Solid background in polymers and properties
- Focused and analytical profile, ability for critical thinking and problem solving
- Communication : Sound ability to clearly articulate ideas and communicate with other cultures with an openness to discuss and listen considering different perspectives and points of view.
- Candidate must be a self-motivator with a bias for action.
Differentials:
- Previous experience using CAE tools
- Previous experience in plastic parts manufacturing processes
