Responsibilities
Analyze the area's success indicators and help identify operational failures, in order to improve the customer experience; Identify the main customer difficulties and create strategic solutions to resolve the problem; Make calls to check how the customer's relationship is with the solution delivered in our product and what can be done to help them make the most of it; Provide information about our customers to the internal product, technology, sales and marketing team in order to improve the customer experience; Collect feedback from partners and customers about the product/service and the current status of the relationship with the organization;
