Responsibilities

Analyze the area's success indicators and help identify operational failures, in order to improve the company's processes; Contribute to the management of other areas of the company, such as HR, Finance, Sales, CS and Marketing; Prepare reports for other internal areas to ensure important insights and necessary developments; Research, spreadsheet and generate reports in Excel for analysis and decision making and prepare, complete and edit Excel spreadsheets and Word documents; Identify potential bottlenecks for current processes and implement changes.
