Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Germany (Leipzig, Cologne, Frankfurt) and worldwide: program information, internship requests, promotion of positions, and pre-screening.d maintain engagement of the Next Generation Talent Pool on our internal platform.
- Managing the internship journey standards for each country: supporting, monitoring, and developing if needed
- Managing with AIESEC International the pilot run for our Local Talent program: monitoring the entire process and the expansion strategy
- Supporting on-boarding processes: visa support, reception process assistance, and contractual matters.
- Content creation for the talent pool and overall UPGRADE projects (information materials, presentations, storytelling, pictures, videos, showcasing, etc.)
- Support the planning and organization of events, conferences, and engagement activities
- Maintenance of core databases and preparation of progress reports while identifying areas for improvement
