Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Responsibilities

  • Working with HTCey Leisure management to enable smooth communications, mutual understanding, and building good business relationship with Chinese travel agents

  • Receive their daily inquiries and provide agents with required information (you will be trained for this)

  • Learn and understand Sri Lanka destination information quickly and proficiently

  • Strive to convert inquiries received into actual travel bookings

  • Working with the local Sri Lankan team and being a bridge between agents and local operations to ensure client requirements and sentiments are correctly and accurately understood and delivered.

  • Participating on foreign sales trips (later) if required, accompanying management.

  • Accompanying clients arriving to Sri Lanka as an interpreter if required
