Volkswagen International Finance N.V. is part of the VW group of companies and is active as an international financing company working for the VW central treasury in Germany. We issue commercial papers and bonds in several international markets in several currencies. On the other hand, we grant loans to group companies worldwide. Our office in Amsterdam has a professional staff of 14 and we are currently looking for a Trainee Treasury Officer (m/f).

Role

Responsibilities

-Maintaining the treasury system with all transaction detailsrectly to the Head of Treasury Back Office:

- Preparing the documentation of transactions, loans taken (notes issued), loans granted and related derivatives.

- Maintaining the treasury system with all transaction details.

- Coordination and communication in connection with all financial transactions.

- Checks and preparations, for execution of the payment instructions related to the above.

- Preparation of deal orders for management of FX Risk and Interest Rate Risk in consultation with the Back Office team and Head of Back Office.

- Assisting with organisation of documentation, projects and testing of new features in the treasury system.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
