Role
· Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
· Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.
· Ensures quality standards and procedures from VIP guests’ pre‐arrival, to their arrival, during their stay till their departure.
· Is familiar with all functions happening in the hotel, arrivals, room blocks, random inspections of rooms, departures and see‐offs of guests staying in‐house or attending a function.
· Controls traffic in the lobby and direct guests to available staff stationed at Front Desk.
· To liaise with relevant departments regarding guests’ logistical requirements and amenities.
· Keeps abreast with local happenings and provide accurate information and directions to guests.
· To make use of maps, information file and drawings as needed.
· Provides assistance to foreign speaking callers and in guest contact areas.
Proofreading and translation of Hotel collaterals, guest letters and critiques
Performs other duties as may be required by management from time to time.
