Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

The job consists in assisting the management team of an innovation cluster in the construction industry, focused in the digital transformation of the construction sector; This would require the candidate to interact with cluster members, understand their needs, prepare small networking events; on top of this, much time will be dedicated to researching in order to identify innovative technologies, writing articles about them, publish them on the blog and advertise in social media (fb and lkdn only); also creating databases with construction companies, digital tools for construction or innovation management related, identify funding opportunities, high profile individuals who could be invited as speakers to the international conference, etc.

  • Organizing an international conference with entrepreneurs and managers
  • Doing correspondence with possible participants, catching their interest, having Zoom/Skype calls to convince people to go in the conference
  • Responsible for registering participants and getting the logistical details ready
  • Understanding how to work with the specific platform used for registering participants
  • Link with European projects: materials, reports, working with data given by colleagues

All our team members speak English, however most events are held in Romanian, so there might be a slight discomfort as not all communication will be in English.
